Horrible road accident, newly married couple died!

A heart-wrenching incident took place near Huliyaru gate of Chikkanayakanahalli taluk of the district in which a newlywed couple who were on their way to a wedding died on the spot due to a head-on collision between a lorry and a car.

The deceased have been identified as 35-year-old Raghu of Arasikere and 28-year-old Anusha of Tigalanahalli. The car was completely crushed in the accident. The driver of the car sustained minor injuries and luckily escaped the danger.

Raghu and Anusha got married only one and a half years ago. The couple, who were working as software engineers in a private company in Bangalore, were going to a relative's wedding in a car today. A case has been registered at Chikkanayakanahalli police station.
